This group (which includes an overall committee, SS classes and other church volunteers) lovingly ministers to the church family (local and out of town) in the event of death within a church members immediate family. If the funeral service is held in Clarksdale, a meal (if the family desires) at the church facilities is provided on the day the service is held. Since its formation, this ministry has blessed and been blessed by the positive response to this outreach of Oakhurst Baptist Church to its membership.
